Life happens. Additional time is billed if your session runs long due to your team not being ready as scheduled or other delays occur on your end. There’s no charge for extra time if the delay is on my end (which is rare.) Extra time may not be available.

Indy Headshots On-site Studio Space Requirements
Space needed:
Minimum – 7′ Wide X 15′ Deep
Preferred – 10′ Wide X 20′ Deep
Ceiling Height – 8′ Minimum, 10’+ Preferred
- Low ceilings hinder proper lighting, especially if standing poses are requested (not recommended.)
- Electricity not necessary. Studio is self contained.
- No special room lighting is needed. Direct harsh sunlight through a window may need controlled with blinds (very rare.)
To reserve your session date, a minimum 50% advance payment of the estimated total session fee is required. Payable by credit card (processed by PayPal) or check. Payment is non-refundable. Any incurred extra fees are billed on a final invoice. Any remaining balance is due before delivery of final product. Images are currently delivered via the web.
The minimum cost for an on-site session is $360, which includes one hour for setting up and taking down equipment and up to one hour of photography for up to five people. Additional time or people are billed based on increments of 15 minutes or per person, whichever amount is higher. The hourly rate for the photography session is $180, and extra time or people are charged at a rate of $45 per 15 minutes or $36 per person.
Session includes up to 10 minutes per person.
Additional time billed at $180/hr
- Time begins with first headshot exposure and ends with final exposure. Tracked by camera time stamp.
We get it, sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule your on-site headshot photography session. We’re a professional photography business and we spend a lot of time and resources preparing for each session. When clients cancel, it can have a big impact on our income. So, to be fair to everyone involved, we’ve come up with the following cancellation policy:
1. If you cancel your session more than 72 hours in advance, we’ll refund your 50% advance reservation fee (less credit card fees.)
2. If you cancel your session less than 72 hours before the scheduled time, we’ll keep your 50% advance reservation fee as a cancellation fee.
3. If you need to reschedule your session more than 72 hours in advance, we’ll do our best to accommodate you without any additional fees. Your 50% advance reservation fee will be applied to the rescheduled session.
4. If you need to reschedule your session less than 72 hours before the scheduled time, we’ll charge you a 50% rescheduling fee of the session fee you paid. Your 50% advance reservation fee will be applied to the rescheduled session.
5. If you need to cancel your session on the day of the shoot or fail to show up at the scheduled time, we will consider it a last-minute cancellation and your 50% advance reservation fee will be retained as a cancellation fee. We understand that unforeseeable circumstances may arise, and we will work with you to reschedule your session if possible.
6. If we have to cancel your session due to something unexpected, like illness or equipment failure, we’ll reschedule your session at no extra charge. If you prefer, we’ll refund your 50% advance reservation fee.

Mid Body Plus Poses
Standing poses are often used with a “looser” crop (waist and up.) Images can still be cropped “tight.” One outfit. Photographed from different angles to make sure we get your good side.
One Background Choice
One for all. Everyone is usually photographed in the same spot, but we can vary angles to make backgrounds appear different. Different locations can be used if you don’t mind adding to your bill.
